She has enjoyed 20 years in customer experience technology, working with Fortune 1000 organizations to optimize their customer experience strategy, and applying innovation in analytics and video technology to enhance the employee/customer engagement. She has focused on building and leading product strategy and marketing as well as presales teams in providing ROI-focused software solutions. Before coming to Kaltura, Adit served as Regional Sales Vice President Sales, cXa for NICE Systems. She holds degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from IDC Herzliya.
