Candis Curd is a results-driven technology executive with a track record of delivering successful outcomes in transforming organizations into being agile and product-centric, launching products and new organizations from zero-to-one and leading digital transformations that infuse AI and emerging technologies into user experiences and business operations. As Director of Digital Transformation at Unum, Candis has owned the idea incubation process and led the change to launch resulting initiatives to market.

Prior to Unum, Candis worked with Amazon to lead product management efforts that refined the strategic direction for growth initiatives in their middle mile transportation group, targeting supply and resource planning in North America and Europe. Additional past roles include Management Consulting Practice Lead at Strive Consulting, where she launched an Agile Marketing PMO for a Fortune 500 retail company and managed the Atlanta consulting workforce to drive client work that increased Strive local profit margins 30%; and Accenture as Solution Architect and Delivery Manager for cross-industry initiatives, using trusted advisor relationships and pragmatism to reduce program costs for clients by up to 45%.

Candis holds degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Spelman College and Georgia Institute of Technology, and lives in Atlanta with her son and Airedale Terrier.
