Rachel Bourne is the Head of Financial Institution Partnerships at MaxMyInterest, the intelligent cash management platform. Ms. Bourne is responsible for developing and overseeing Max’s relationships with banks and other financial institutions. She also works with the firm’s partner banks to identify new areas for collaboration and product development, ensuring that Max continues to offer market-leading rates and expanded FDIC insurance to Max’s clients.
With more than 12 years of experience in both traditional and online banking, Ms. Bourne played a pivotal role in the first acquisition of a bank by a Fintech, when LendingClub purchased Radius Bank in 2021. Her extensive background includes roles in data analytics, marketing, project management, and relationship management. At Radius Bank, Ms. Bourne led the Fintech and BaaS partnership program, enhancing financial services through innovative collaborations.
Ms. Bourne received her Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation from the American Bankers Association. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. In her spare time, she is an avid cyclist.
