Samantha Mansfield is the principal of User Experience Design & Strategy at Chartis Interactive. Ms. Mansfield’s remit is to oversee experience design strategy and execution for clients, by leveraging user-centered design methodologies to define problems and rapid prototyping techniques to define solutions. Prior to her current role, she served as Head of Experience & Commerce Strategy at Merkle (Part of Dentsu) overseeing a team of 20 strategists, designers and researchers. Other roles include Director of Strategic Design at adidas and User Experience Director at Isobar (Part of Dentsu).
